aerobic vogue mums

Lama dah tak bergambar camnie. We are aerobic mums *eventhough ada yang belum jadi mum*. Pejam celik, pejam celik, dah 2 tahun aku join this aerobic group, we all sama-sama migrate from one studio to another *there's a gud  reason for it*. I found it interesting. Dapat pulak kawan2 yg sekepala.... gila2! Dalam pada gila2 tu, ramai jugak yang dah beranak 4, 5 taw!


Contohnya...
Ayu (berlutut), si ibu beranak 4 nie! She's the youngest among all and she's the paling gediksss! Haha!

Then Cik BB kita (far right), she's still single and available! Selalu serius jer dalam studio, ngeri!

Next to her is our instructor, Kak Leen. Dia nie menakutkan. Selalu dera kami kaw-kaw punya! Suka jerit "8 lagi" and compliment us with her "Good job" phrase. 

Then Kak Liza & Nadia. Mereka ni anak murid yang rajin, jarang ponteng kelas. Tapi bila ponteng, lama.. sebulan!

As for Mekda (tshirt hijau), macam chipsmore. Lepas tu bila datang, salah warna tema!

And Kak Lyna (far behind), bila sesekali jumpa, tak kering gusi dibuatnya.

Next to me is Azidah, recently join us. Dia ni tak banyak cakap, asyik senyum jer...

And Kak Zu (far left), she carries her loghat kelate wherever she goes. Hehehe...

Last but not least, Sue (tukang amik gambar nie). Dia kalau duduk kat kaunter, serius jer. Tanya sepatah, jawab sepatah. Tapi hati baik...

Actually ada ramai lagi yg tak dapat join kami bergambar sebab masing2 terkejar2 nak amik anak balik tusyen that day. When in class, we really enjoy ourselves. By doing that, we release all the bad cholestrol as well as try to amend our imbalance hormone. 


Then, we came to this place right after our one hour session  *tapi bukanlah  after each class, okey!* .  Tak makan pun, minum2 jer. Tengoklah si Ayu tu... muka blur bila Kak Lyna nak order roti rebus!


Nie nak tilik nasib saper ni? Si Bibi awal2 dah hulur tangan. Si Azie memanjang jer tersengih. Mekda dah naik angin sebab lambat sangat menilik! Actually the story behind this scene was Ayu tengah kira tempahan frozen chickenchop. She's the middleman, konon. Lepas tu kalut sebab tak tau nak simpan chickenchop tu kat mana. Hehehe... 

So the moral of the story is... exercise and physical xtvts play a crucial role in how you feel about yourself and life. Not only it can improve your mental health, but can strike up a friendship.
