Cuba mengurangkan berat badan tanpa mengawal diri ibarat cuba mengayuh basikal tanpa handle. You get what i mean? You will never be in control of your weight or your health until you learn to control yourself. Sebagai permulaan, kita kena ajar diri kita by saying NO!
If you really want to lose weight, learn to say NO! Self control bermula dari fikiran kita, macam kita buat mental choice... A or B. Then we put up some 'fences', contohnya ketepikan certain foods or behaviour yg boleh menolong kita. Frankly, self control tu sangat penting. Its better to have self-control than to control an army, right? So its better to control yourself first, than to control your intake.
