you are what you eat

Sounds familiar, rite? Kata2 ini bukan saja merujuk kepada orang yang debab, tapi kepada orang yang kurus juga. For sure org yg debab, kita dah boleh agak bagaimana pemakanannya. Begitu juga dengan orang kurus, kita boleh tahu sama ada dia mengamalkan pemakanan yg sihat atau sebaliknya.



I'm sure ramai yang tak nak kurus macam nie, kan? This is called unhealthy!!!! Kita pun dah boleh agak apa yang dimakannya. Sama ada dia makan then throw up or makanan yg dia makan tak cukup zat, banyak sangat berpantang, memilih makanan dan sebagainya. Satu lagi, kalau kita kurus sangat, kita akan nampak tua daripada usia sebenar. In other words, she is what she eat.



I would prefer to be like this. There are flesh here and there....what i mean is, ada punggung sikit, ada perut sikit but still can be considered as flat tummy, saiz lengan dan bentuk paha yg sesuai dgn ketinggian dan muka yg tak terlalu cengkung. Dari gambar ni pun, at least, kita dah boleh agak cara pemakanannya. She looks healthy, glowing face, tak kurus sangat, tak gemuk sangat, just nice. Again, she is what she eat.


Obviously, we don't want to be like this, right? Needless to say... she is what she eat. Nauzubillah....  There's no doubt that eating is pleasure, but eating for pleasure is a problem. Apabila naluri berkata "Dah kenyang", itu tanda untuk berhenti makan, bukan signal utk tambah lagi. Listen when it tells you that you are stuffing rather than satisfying. Bersyukurlah that you have enough to eat for the day. It is for your own good too. 

Moral of the story here is, successful dieters dont give up everything, they just give up the wrong things.
